[Measurement Check] Currently wearing 32A, calculator says 28DD?

Here are my measurements:

Snug underbust: 28 in

Tight underbust: 27.5

Standing bust: 31.5

Leaning bust: 33

Lying bust: 32

As far as shape goes, I think I'm somewhere between slight projection and average projection, and an even 2/5 according to this image. Not very confident in my projection judgment though.

Would definitely appreciate some help and a second opinion. I've been wearing 32A all my life, so this is kind of a shock to me. I always thought that A cups seemed fine for me and I seemed to fill them out properly. I'm barely able to fill out B cups (gap up top). I have noticed that my current bras will occasionally ride up on my breasts and I have to adjust the band back down, although I've always been unsure about whether or not this has to do with the straps despite me adjusting them.
Along with bra recommendations, I'm particularly interested in any swimsuit recommendations for me, with spring break coming up and all. Thanks so much for your help!
