Routing drinks or pastries to Mobile printer

I work at a café only store and they are installing the equipment for MO&P at my store in a few days. I used to work at a DT store so i'm pretty familliar with the may 'routing' works on the POS with multiple label printers in the store.

I was wondering if it was possible for a café only store to print labels let's say for warmed pastries or espresso drinks on the MO&P label printer? Have any of you ever tried to do that?
