Advice for scrapes on '14 Nissan Altima front bumper
My girlfriend pulled a little too close to the garage the other day and when it went up, the bottom clipped two frontmost points on the front bumper

I haven't had the chance to clean it yet, the only damage is the waveform looking scratches and accompanying chips. The rest of the black spots are bugs.
The paint (Nissan K23) is readily available on the Internet in either bottle (please see end of post) or pen form. The bottle is just paint, and the pens all seem to have a primer/paint mixture as well as clear coat separate.
My question is this, as I've never used one of the touch-up pens - is this case a bit more than a touch-up pen is meant to be used for? Ideally I'd prefer it to be unnoticeable without close inspection. At my families home I have the tools to do it properly, but if I can save that drive and get good results I'd like to use a touch-up pen.
Also, if I do decide to sand it down and build it back up, is buying paint from a listing like this http://www.ebay.com/itm/PICK-YOUR-COLOR-Touch-up-Paint-Kit-with-Brush-for-NISSAN-CAR-TRUCK-SUV-/351262844104 typically okay? It's listed as K23, but I'm wondering whether it's a legitimate match or just something someone matched at Home Depot and is selling as close enough.
Thank you
