Blocking an ex on spotify

My ex of three years ago (he's a bit obsessive) keeps making public spotify playlists that have a lot of my old favorite songs from three years ago. It seems too ridiculous to be true, because both of our accounts are connected to our facebooks, and I've blocked him there.

I've blocked him everywhere else-- for my own sake. Lately, I've been checking his playlists every couple of hours, knowing that he is online and adding songs to his playlists (some of which happen to be about me). It drives me crazy, and I don't know how to deal with it (so I made an account here). I don't want my current relationship to fall apart because I miss my ex all of a sudden. I need to stop checking on him, preferably without sacrificing my own public playlists. I have friends and family who want to see the playlists, and I don't want him to know that he affects me even now. He has stalked me online since the breakup and I don't want to give him any validation.

I don't really know what I'm trying to accomplish, just venting really. Any tips for when you can't block an ex?
