Crystal halberd actual (true) buy price...?

it SAYS that it buys for 426k right now in the GE, but I've put in offers as much as 540k, and it STILL will not buy... for anyone who has put in an offer in the GE for one, how much does it take to actually buy 1? can someone check for me please.
