X220 - Question about upgrading the screen.

I ordered an x220 that cames with a TN screen. I want to upgrade it to an IPS. I found a used screen of a reputable seller but it looks like its missing the metal parts. Here is a screen shot (http://i.imgur.com/RnOQSPD.jpg)

Can i install it like this? It's an "LP125WH2 SL T1".

Is it possible to install a screen that is touch?
