The writing of BDO is horrid...

I tried to play more of BDO, I managed to get to level 20 on my valkyrie. I just couldn't do it anymore. The writing or translation of this game is just horrid, filled with modern slang, inconsistent tones, and unnecessary pop culture references.

I know this is a fantasy world, and the amount of realistic backgrounds really drew me in. Until the writing. If this ends up in the final release, this is a no buy for me.

I mean... what NPC says "noob" in a psuedo-midieval world setting? Dragon's Dagma writing although lacking, was still more immersive.
