Does anyone remember Captian Janks' German love child?

I only remember hearing this one time many years ago. Captian Janks said he had a kid in Germany from when he was in the Army. Janks was paying child support every month but I don't think he ever saw the kid. Howard and everyone else questioned if the kid actually existed. Janks said he had papers from the German courts written in German saying he had to pay. Dominic laughed and said they were fake.
