[Discussion] Individually sleeved PSU extensions. Should I worry about compatibility?

I have an opportunity to buy Silverstone sleeved cables from a friend at incredibly cheap prices ($20 for a 24pin, 3x 8pin, 2x 6pin)

My PSU is the EVGA G2 850w. Are there compatibilities/dangers to hardware to consider when buying extensions? Should I even use them or just put more money for a first party EVGA sleeved cables?
