My account nowhere to be found?

Last week I created my first Ironman account, got some good quests done and some good levels going for myself. I went away for the weekend and just got back home, can't log into the client, can't log into the RS website and my account is nowhere on the highscores even though I had a 55+ stat already. It's completely vanished. In my e-mail there is no trace of Jagex or RS sending me an e-mail saying I was banned or deleted. I know i'm using the correct e-mail because I changed usernames and still have that e-mail & my membership e-mail. My account's just vanished.... Any tips? Can't contact them on their support website and i'm just confused. Any help reddit?
