Japanese -> English please

Hello, I purchased some dashi to make miso soup however once I got home I realized the entire box is in Japanese so I'm not sure how much water I should use when I make my miso soup. I'm not even sure if I chose a good dashi but it said no msg so I figured maybe it was a good one. I want to make healthy soup so it should have no msg, preservatives or chemicals.

it looks like one whole packet is mixed with 600 ml of water or 300 ml for half a packet? seems like it would be a pain to measure half a packet so i would just rather dump it all in. how much miso paste should i use?

Any help on what it says would be great thanks.
