Can sum1 confirm HORI RAP4 for PS4 works on PC?

Can anyone that has the HORI RAP4 for PS4 (not xbone version) confirm that it works well for PC for SF5? Or if someone is using a different stick that works for PS4 and PC recommend it?

Thanks!
