Help on a decision

I am looking at the Lenovo Tab 2 A10 (currently about $163 at Best Buy) vs the Dell Venue 8 7000 (have seen it around $200). Will mostly be used for comics, reading, streaming, and little to no gaming. Is the display on the Dell that much better for the price difference as well as the speed increase? Any help is appreciated.
