Tournament scoring?

So, I came in 5th at my SC yesterday, and we cut to top 4. So I missed out on a coin, and a chance for a win.

I was matched up against another player, and we were both 3-0. (15 people, 4 rounds of Swiss).

I won all 3 of my first matches. One 100-0, the other two were in the 60ish-30ish range.

I lost my 4th game 0-100 (Whisper vs TLTs against a Worlds top 16 player). My opponent ended as the only person 4-0, and was 1st seed.

I ended up in 5th.

I assume that it was because I did so poorly in my final game?

It seems like getting beaten by the top player, and the only one that was 4-0 (one of the top 4 had lost to me previously) should have gotten me to the top 4, but I assume it was because of my 0-100 loss in the last game?

Anyone know the ins and outs of FFG X-Wing scoring?
