Found Something Interesting

So, I was just looking around at activities for apps using Nova to see if I could find any secret features and found activities in the settings app for s5 features like ultra power save mode, emergency mode, and download booster. Now only the download booster works of the three. If you try to enable the other two, the toggle will say it's on, but it's not. Going out and in to the activity will reset the toggle to the off position. This is the sprint s4 running 5.0.1 OK3. I want to know if it is possible get the other two working. Thanks for the read.
