Cleanser suggestions for mature dry skin?

Hey everyone I just found out my mom who is nearing 60, has dry skin and has gone through chemo is using neutrogena acne stress control as a cleanser shudders

She doesn't have acne and I continue to tell her that the cleanser is drying out her skin but she is very stubborn. She says she likes the wash because it has a minty tingly feeling.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a cleanser that could give her the same feeling but would be a better match for her skin? Thank you!

Edit: thank you everyone for the suggestions. I'll try COSRX's cleanser and hopefully she likes it (plus if she doesn't then I'll get to keep it :D )
