Wish I tried keto earlier

I always heard keto was great for fat loss, but I never attempted keto because I thought giving up heavy carbs was gonna be hard af... (I'll probably post some progress pics in a month if the keto works well for my fat loss, can't really tell atm with only two days of keto)

Keto isn't even hard. Giving up rice (I'm asian) was ALOT easier than I thought. Guilt free bacon? Scrambled eggs WITH the yolk? Hell yes. Made some damn good scrambled eggs this morning because I actually added the yolk and some butter for fat :) (normally i throw out the yolk and use cooking spray)

It's only day two of keto (I don't even miss heavy carbs, no cravings at all, because i mean cmon, every meal is already fatty deliciousness), obviously not gonna have results yet, eating about 1600-1700 calories per day while lifting 3x (stronglifts 5x5) a week. I do 10min warmup cardio before I lift but I don't do any other cardio so I'm gonna buy a jump rope and do some cardio everyday at home when I don't go to the gym.

But damn, I expected this to be a lot harder. Am I supposed to get keto flu from switching so quickly from high carb to super low carb diet? I got a light headache and some nausea on Day One but now it's gone.
