Wanted: TARDIS wallpaper in the style of the default Windows 10 wallpaper

So what I'd like is a "mashup" of the Windows 10 default wallpaper with the TARDIS, where the rectangles of the Windows logo are the windows of the TARDIS (obviously the number/orientation of the rectangles needs to be changed). My photo editing skills, while above average, are not anywhere near the level needed to pull this off. I'm actually kinda surprised that no one has done this yet. I'm willing to throw about $10 your way, more if you blow me away but not too much more (I'm pretty unemployed right now). Ideally, it should be a 4K image, but 1080p would be fine as well.

Thanks in advance! Let me know if you need anything else. If you have Windows 10 the image is located in C:\Windows\Web
