[Tech support] Anyone own a Asus Sabertooth Z170 Mark 1?

I need to know if all the Q-LEDS (dram, boot, cpu, etc.) are supposed to be lit (on, steady) during normal Windows 10 usage? All my LEDs are on and the manual hints that they are only supposed to be on when there are problems. Thanks for the help, really hard to find info on this board.
