Do you think we will suffer from a lack of content on launch?

During a conversation with a co-worker about the game, we began to question if there would be a lack of content on launch. I have not been this excited for a game since Destiny launched in 2014 and I was extremely disappointed with the lack of content. I understand that Destiny and The Division are two completely separate games made by two separate developers, but do you think that we may run into the same problems?
