Small LC Buff and Reworked Aghs Idea

I recently played LC and it got me thinking about how this hero with its usual itemization can be a bit clunky to play. It seems like you can't always pop everything that you want to in time to duel, such as shadowblade hit, PTA, blademail, armlet, possibly soul ring etc.

I think it would be a reasonable buff to LC to allow her to duel directly out of shadowblade invis and still give you the bonus hit dmg on your first attack.

The other thing I was thinking is that since LC's aghs is currently pretty bad, it could be reworked so that you always are buffed with PTA while dueling. Maybe it could even refresh the buff every 1s so you would be purged of any hexes, etc.. Currently I think the aghs is pretty much trash tier and this would make it a lot more viable.
