Switching to spotify; Any way to download a list or transfer my Google play "Thumbs Up" playlist???

Tried spotify and it loads songs wayyy quicker, plus it's got some other better social features than Google Play. Unfortunately I have my favorite 700+ songs "thumbs'd up" on google music, is there anyway to export this playlist to spotify? Or anyway to download the list in some form?

Thanks
