Can't cope on a daily basis anymore , need advice.

My girlfriend had to move back to her home country because her dad is in the hospital dying , no one knows if he will make it . I offered to go with her but she didn't want me there right now. I barely hear from her now .

I got used to her being part of my life , she was always there for me every day. I feel lost right now , no energy to do anything , i can't even get myself to do other things because i am so filled with disturbing thoughts about our future , i never been in love with someone so much as this girl and just thinking about losing her and being single again gives me very dark ideas. Days go by so slow and each day i hope that i could hear from her again or fear that i might hear bad news from her , i can't focus anymore , can't relax , i am really in a constant state of agony .
