Reformat on windows 10 tablet, installed windows but no touch screen, sound, wifi, usb... the list goes on.

Best way to describe it, is that that the re installation of windows 10 went great, but all the "software" that made a the tablet a "tablet" dissipated.

A usb keyboard works (if plugged in on start up) but there are many "unknowns" in the device manager. So I cant get on wifi (does not exists) cant plug in a usb stick, use a mouse, etc.

I made a boot able usb from my other pc, but it does not seem to take in the restore settings.

Not sure what to do here, lastly touch screen works pre windows boot, but once windows loads up it all goes away.
