Twitch vods getting deleted when uploading to Youtube

I have been looking around for this issue and everything I find is really old. Every time I upload my vods to youtube I split them into 15 minute segments and it uploads and then immediately deletes them except for the last like 3 minutes which it puts in its own video. This is super frustrating and im wondering if anyone knows a solution.

Thanks.
