[GER] [LFP] 5k+ shotcalling supportplayer for competitive team

The team BEARIX.dota is searching for a german pos 4/5 player.

Our roster played together for over a year but we had to make a few roster changes to secure the future of our team.

We offer a roster consisting of 5 - 5,4k players, a relaxed yet competitive environment plus the support of the organisation BEARIX (http://bearix.net/).

We need a player that is comfortable calling the shots and tactics in a game. Drafting would be a plus, it's no dealbreaker though.

We'd really prefer having someone 5k+ MMR for this position since it's probably the most deciding role in our skillbracket. I am aware that there are people who don't bother grinding soloQ, so rarely we might make an exception (still 4,5k+!).

Our team is currently participating in the JDL (div 3.), we are aiming for div 2 (we want to reach that next season!) In addition to that, we also would like to participate at more daily tournaments/cups aswell as qualifiers to improve as a team.

The usual playtime of our team is weekdays 18-24 and sunday 15-20, we are mostly communicating via WhatsApp to make sure that we can play almost every single day.
