How much game do we have access to ?

I keep running into invisible walls while exploring and i'm wondering if anyone can show me their map or tell me how much of the world we have? Visual aid would be greatly appreciated!!!! I know the eastern content is going to be a later patch but i've gone south and it doesn't even register on my map :/ http://tinypic.com/r/2ew0j8j/9
