Anyone with SHAW getting over 200 ping?

What is happening? I'm getting over 200 ping in the game. This really didn't happen before. I was just getting 60 constant 60 ping. Is riot getting too complacent about the connection now? Are they just not enforcing the ISPs to provide the most efficient route?
