[Buildhelp] Bought another 8gb of ram for my PC. Installed and now getting crashes in programs ran memtest and it said there was no issue.

Dxdiag says I have 10,164mb of ram. I should have 16,000mb right?

Perhaps i messed up making sure they were properly installed? I swear I pressed down and made sure each side clicked but I could try again.

Or should I have gotten the same ram as before and I royally fucked up?

Or is it just bad ram?
