Kol, back to life (theory)

The only relevant vampires in both TO and TVD universe that doesnt know their sirelines are the Heretics. Is there a possibility that they belong to Kol's sireline? They were trapped on a different universe when Kol died so the werent killed off. Can anyone help support this theory if theres a possibility?
