[Help] My galaxy tab 3 10.1 wont charge or turn on

Ok so recently my tablet died and wont charge or turn and i dont know what the problem is. After it died it turned on a few times but when i left it to charge it would die even while its charging. I replaced the battery and it turned on once but again it died and now it has never been able to charge or turn on. Can anybody help or tell me what the problem is.
