Type one diabetic teen, celiac

Tomorrow is the day I get my gut biopsy thing to see if I have celiac. I’ve tested positive for it twice but has anyone tested positive and not had celiac or am I just wishful thinking? It’s also a higher chance because I’m type one diabetic. Help?
