Will Eldrazi become prevalent in legacy?

I am interested to hear what people think about this. Will Eye of Eugene Krabs also get banned in legacy as well as modern? I see City of Traitors is up to $175 each right now on TCGplayer, assuming because reserved list, eldrazi speculation, and EMA?

If so, I was wondering what are some good cards to buy to make eldrazi into a legacy playable deck.

What would this do to the format? I don't play modern so I don't know how eldrazi decks interact with blue control which legacy has a lot of.

thank you
