How to build Legion Commander in 6.86 ?

I'm not a jungler, so calm down

I'm asking this because lately I've been on a slump with LC, a hero that I enjoy playing, I can't figure out what is the correct item build, when to pick her, when is BKB ideal, when can I just manfight into all that damage etc etc.

Can someone please guide me through my quest. She just seems to be in such a strong place right now.
