Male followers (I.e Preston Garvey) won't shut up.

I've largely ignored it up until now, but recently it's just gotten too annoying to ignore. Every time I don't talk to any of my male followers, that I've reach max affection with, they ask me about the personal conversation I had with them, and no amount of times I've thanked them for trusting me, or whatever, they just keep pestering me. I think I've fucked Preston up a bit, by using the romance branch, but I Don't want to romance that turd, or any of the other turds, so I just say I don't love him, or that I love my wife. But now every time I talk to him, he asks about the romance options. I'm not sure whether or not actually confessing to him will get him, and the others, to shut up. And I don't want to cuz want to date all the male partners cuz they won't shut the fuck up.

I play on the Xbone, cuz I'm too broke to get a PC good enough to play FO4, and it would be nice if someone could tell me when the creation kit, or as I still call it, the GECK, comes out, that there will be a console command mod, or something like that. I'd really like to move code around if I need/want to.
