This sub is so unpredictable
All people have been doing for years here is saying how stale the genre is and how theres no innovation. New posts pop up every day about how the market is so saturated with themeparks while theres only a handful of sandbox's.
Now we have Black Desert. A game which has introduced countless interesting and original ideas to the genre, is a completely different experience to any WoW Clone, and people are absolutely shitting on it here.
I can understand the critiques of the cash model but theres people saying the game itself sucks, has no depth and does nothing new. That is total bullshit. Having played the beta all weekend I can safely say that I havent had this much fun in an MMO since vanilla WoW (excluding EVE and ArcheAge)
A lot of people dont consider it a true sandbox. Thats fine, but you can't deny that this game is more of a sandbox than almost any MMO released in the last 10 years. This is huge innovation for an MMO
I would have thought this game was made for r/mmorpg
