2.5rs vs 2.5i question

What's the difference? Ive read that its a little more luxurious, with a valve update (someone said it was a subarus variable valve timing like vtec in a way) but i dont know how much of that is true. Im selling my 05 2.5rs auto with 133k miles on Tuesday and i plan on (upgrading?) to a 07 impreza 2.5i with a 5 speed manual with 112k miles. Im still getting more information about if the 100k mile tuneup has been done with recipts/proof. So basically, my question is. 2.5rs vs 2.5i. What is the biggest difference between the two. Thanks.
