First Year staff Out of College

Is it a decent or bad idea to reach out to a recruiter at a Big 4 during busy season? I'm looking to switch up from mid-tier and am fresh out of college otherwise. I don't want to get pooled into the experienced hire category and would much rather do it before I've been 10 months out of school.

I've heard a few people quit during busy season and/or they feel understaffed. Would reaching out at this time help?
