Help finding Gilgamesh Quote

I've seen fate/zero and both fate stay night series and I remember Gilgamesh saying something really cool like "You dare make me stand on the same ground as you, I who belong in the heavens!". I was rewatching fate zero but so far haven't seen him say something like this. Does anyone know what episode he says this in?
