Any word at all on GECK yet?

I've been trying to use the search feature on here, but haven't found much information on it. Reading up on some older posts there was speculation it would drop around the same time as the first dlc, but I haven't heard anything as of late.

Is there any information that has been released on it yet since the original announcement in November where they said that it won't be released with the game?
