Stormwing Army

I was planning on creating an army (circa 1500 points) that had the Stormwing Formation at its heart. I already have Sicarius as my HQ and 2 full man tac as my troop choices, but I don't know where to go from here. I wanted a 'shooty' army, and was thinking about termies and centurion devistaors, but I'm not sure. Can any of you offer suggestions as to where to go with this idea of mine?
