Custom Tactics are a must (FUT)

I was stuck on Div 3 for 4 months and I decided to tweak the custom tactics to see if it really made a difference. I started using Jukez custom tactics and at first I was losing constantly but I kept changing them until they fit my style of play. Now I finally made it to Div 2 and I'm winning games on that division and actually enjoying the game. I really recommend using custom tactics if you feel you are stuck in the game. Feels like night and day in-game.

Edit: I have an agressive counter attacking style, but hate risky passes in general. I start everygame agressive. Usually if you score first you demolarize the opponent. High pass accuracy is important for me aswell. One thing people don't do when setting the custom tactics is to change the mentality in game to something that suites their gameplay (ulta def, def, normal, attack, ulta attack). Changing the mentality won't override the custom tactics. Only the preset custom tactics change that (high pressure, possession, counter attack etc.). I use the following CT.

Build Up Play

Speed 70- Obligatory to for a counter attacking style.

Passing 30- You want your playerw to come short to ask for the pass, everything below this I felt was a clusterfuck as players come to short.

Positioning- Organized- this is down to your style.

Chance Creation

Passing- 50 This is the amount of risk in every pass. High risk at least for me usually means a mistake, so leave at 50.

Crossing- 50 I like the occasional cross.

Shooting- 50 I like to take the ocassional shot from outside the box aswell.

Positioning- Organized (again this is up to you)

Defense

Pressure- 75 This is a high amount of pressure so I advice to start every game setting the mentality to defensive, to avoid being punished.

Agression- 80 Again you have to be aware that this might lead to a lot fouls if you tackle too agressive already. Team Width- 40 I use the 4-1-2-1-2(2) and the 4-3-3(2). I feel this is the standard width for wide formations. With narrow formations I would set it at 50.
