[Help] Blank duplicates of songs appearing in library!

I brought a bunch of music from an old backup onto my computer, and now my library consists of a number of blank unplayable entries of an equal number to actual songs. So I have to scroll down to halfway through the library before finding actual songs. The blank entries point to actual .mp3 files but are only 4kb. I can delete them but they just come back when I scan for and add new music.
