What if the basic decks were good?

What if Blizzard made basic decks with cards that weren't basic, in an attempt to make them competitive? They don't have to be amazing, but it'd be a good way to help new players get some wins while their collections are still small, or to let someone try out a different class without having all the necessary cards for a decent deck.
