Don't know where else to seek help.

Hey everybody,

I am (was) the proud owner of an email @Starfleet.com. The nerd inside me jumped for joy when they became available.

I purchased the account on Feb 15, 2014. In 2015, I received 3 reminder emails (at least) about having to renew the account for $10. This year I received no such reminders and my account is now gone.

I emailed support@starfleet.com on the 18th or 19th, but I don't expect a response as it seems even their support website is gone. Not down, but just gone. This is the support site linked on starfleet.com.

I even tweeted the main Star Trek account. I've never tweeted before.

The big thing that gets me is that if you type in my alias on the website for creating a new account, it is available for purchase. I have a few irreplaceable emails/files in that account and would really like my access back.

I mean, if I don't get it back, I guess I learned my lesson on buying digital novelty email accounts.

If anyone can offer any assistance it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
