Questions about UR CHINTAI

Current lease will be ended in May. Husband and I plan to move. UR seems to be pretty good choice for foreigners. But our Japanese is limited. We don't fully understand the terms and conditions. Now I have one year of International Services visa. Am I qualified to apply an UR apt?

Can anyone rented UR rooms share your experience here?
