My Xbox completely doesn't work anymore and I don't know what to do. It just endlessly loads and gives me unspecified error messages telling me to try again later

After months of struggling with my Xbox I finally just factory reset it and hoped it would cure all of its bugs.. it did not. Now I can not even add my accoint to my Xbox as I keep getting error 0x80a40019.

I can't even watch Netflix on this thing anymore let alone game.
