My levels were rolled back?

I started at level 35 today and got to level 43 after playing most of the day. I took a break for a couple hours and just came to play again and noticed after a few matches I am back to level 35. I have also lost all the items I got from opening crates.

Has anyone else experienced this? I tried searching the subreddit and didn't find anything.

edit: appears others have experienced it on the bug report forums the past few hours.
