How many of you fapped during the night time vs day time?

Instead, I want to ask, how many of you developed fapping habits at night time and how many developed them during the day time? I live by myself and everytime I fap it's always at night time. I'm thinking since I only fap at night time (usually past 11:00pm), maybe I should start going to bed early and waking up early instead of staying up until 3:00am or 4:00am everyday to try to break this addiction. I have never formed fapping habits during the morning time, afternoon time or early evening time. Perhaps a change of routine would do me good (along with getting the fuck out of the house and laying off on computer games).
