Substitute OPA134 for LM386 in audio amplifier circuit?

design

I am building the LM386-based audio amplifier to use with a synth kit that I will build with my kids. This is essentially the 200X audio amplifier circuit from the Forrest Mims notebook. This project is moving from breadboard to protoboard, and soon to a box with speaker. I also want to build a second amplifier for another application, and I don't have another LM386, but I do have a TI OPA134 audio amplifier. Can anyone tell me if the 'offset trim' pins of the OPA134 serve the same purpose as the gain pins on the LM386? Or, could anyone point me to a tutorial on audio amps that will help me figure this out?
